Lifetime Warranty

At SPIPE, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty on our pipe, provided that the following conditions are met:

The pipe is cleaned only with alcohol or mild dish soap.
The pipe is never heated above 100 degrees Celsius.
The pipe is not dropped from a height greater than 1 meter.
The pipe is not subjected to excessive time submerged in water, which can lead to corrosion.
The pipe is not washed in a dishwasher or boiled, as these can cause extreme heating or damage.
The magnets in the pipe are not exposed to strong magnetic fields or excessive heat.

Please notice, scratches and dents caused by the user are not covered under this warranty.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your SPIPE will provide you with years of enjoyment.

Please report any missing or damaged items within 72 hours of delivery.

Initiate a return within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Products must be new in the box for a full refund. Lightly used items may be returned for store credit or a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds and store credits are for the product price and taxes only. Shipping costs will be deducted.
Returns will not be processed if our Return Policy isn't fully met. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Items without an RA number will not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Purchase shipping insurance to protect against lost or damaged items during shipment.
Securely package the product with original packaging or protective materials.
Return all accessories and components.
Promotional items may be deducted from refunds.

Orders generally cannot be canceled after placement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
